Melt the butter, add honey and sugar.
When the sugar has melted, add oat flakes and zest of a half a lemon peel.
Cover the baking form by cooking paper and grease it with butter.
Put the mixture into a mold, make even and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Let cool and cut.
