▪️ 25g cold butter
▪️ 70g raisins
▪️ zest of 1 lemon
▪️ 1-2 tsp almond or vanilla extract
▪️ 3 large eggs
▪️ 80g sugar
▪️ butter for grease a sides of pan
FOR CARAMEL ALMOND TOP:
▪️ 125g sugar
▪️ 4 tbsp water
▪️ 4 tbsp lemon juice
▪️ 50g sliced almonds
