INGREDIENTS for a 23×15 cm baking dish:
▪️ 3 large overripe bananas
▪️ 120g rolled oats
▪️ 190g cornmeal
▪️ 20 g cornstarch
▪️ 5g baking powder
▪️ 5g of soda
▪️ 1g salt
▪️ 80g yogurt / sour cream / buttermilk / you can add any sour juice or water with lemon juice
▪️ 100g maple syrup
▪️ 35g pumpkin seeds
▪️ oil or butter to grease the dish
BAKE at 190ºC // 375ºF for about 30 minutes
