▪️ 120g all-purpose flour / in original recipe 40g flour + 80g potato starch
▪️ some flour for dust table
▪️ salt to taste
+ FOR GARNISH
▪️ 2-3 onions
▪️ 150g smoked bacon or salo
▪️ salt and papper to taste
+ FOR COOKING
▪️ 2-3 l water or chicken/vegetable broth
▪️ bay leaves and black pepper optional
▪️ salt to taste
+ FOR SERVING
▪️ butter
▪️ thym or other herbs
