▪️ 50-60 g sugar / sugar substitute (if you want sweet scones — add more)
▪️ 15 g of baking powder (if you are very sensitive to soda and baking powder — you can take a little less)
▪️ 2 g of salt
▪️ 100 g cold butter
▪️ 240 g buttermilk
▪️ 1 pear / you can use other fruits and berries
▪️ 100 g raspberries / you can use other fruits and berries
▪️ + 25-30 g flour for dusting the countertop and knife / spatula
GLAZE:
▪️ 1 egg
▪️ 25 g of milk
